We appreciated hotel's location and rooms. It was based adjacent to a nice beach. We went to Louie's Backyard, located near, to have some dinner. In addition, the parking was on-site.
-
Friendly staff and nice swimming pool. We were moved to a king studio and had central heating, a laptop-size safe and ironing facilities. What's more, they had Wi-Fi.
-
Everything was superb, such as drinks and rooms. Being not far from the wonderful beach. Also, we could visit southernmost point, it was 10 minutes' drive away. People were helpful and ready to render an great service.

Location Clean Your pool man was entertaining
A little on the stuffy side, the hotel across the road offered so much more fun things to do, like music and dancing. The food prices were a little too much especially when you just wanted to have a small breakfast and all you could do was have a buffett. The bar wasn't open late enough to have a few drinks by the water before going to bed. The convience store was a little over priced and was not open late enough if you needed something.
-
Loved the private beach and the beautiful beach-side pool and bar and bar service on the beach. Loved the private pier and gazebo at the end. Loved the location-close enough to the Duval Street stores, etc. but far enough away to relax. And loved the LARGEand very clean room.
Wished our room had a view. Also had no full-length mirror, and we were dressing for a wedding we were attending on the island.
-
service poolside was not the best. It took them to long to get drinks etc.
-
Lacked full view mirror. Room had poor lighting. Many very loud outside disruptive noices, especially in the very early morning. Coffee maker was ok if you prefer espresso to standard coffee. Seating, especially when viewing tv, was very uncomfortable (only had a pullout sofa bed on which to sit, which was poorly positioned for comfortable viweing). Room was quite ordinary in light of our high expectation for a Waldorf Astoria hotel. If we were ever to go again, I would much prefer the Casa Marina....the next door sister Waldorf. I would definitely NOT recommend the Reach to any friends.
-
It was close to Duvall Street, although a good 2 miles from action.
Overpriced for the few amenities offered. Very little eating options and none at a reasonable price. The last night I was bitten while in bed - three times.
-
The time of check out at 11 am - awful.... It has spoiled impression at all. The hotel is too expensive.
-
Good location - private beach - watersports on the doorstep - helpful staff
Little high on the price when all extras added on - but to be expected in position location
-
Location on the beach. Ambience
Strip hotel and servuce
-
The courtyard leading to the beach is very nice. The staff is friendly.
-
We loved our stay at the Reach Resort in Key West. It was a beautiful resort with a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Yanni and Roberto who supplied us with our towels and made us comfortable by the pool or on the beach, aswell as arranging our water sport activities!
-
Great staff/management. Great service on beach and poolside.
-
I loved that the hotel had a beach! Having the water sports there was also a plus!
Coffee shop should be open til 9 ! If you wanted a snack or coffee or anything else you were out of luck!
